When do we ship out your order?

We ship within one to two business days after receiving your payment. Your order should arrive to you in 10-15 days depending on your location.

What kind of payments do we accept?

We use paypal to accept checks and credit cards and signing up to send money through them is very simple, secure, and FREE. When you go to check out it will ask you to sign up if you don't have an account with paypal, or you can go to www.paypal.com.
We also accept checks and money orders when sent via US mail to the address on the Contact Us page

Will this hold my 6qt mixer attachments?

The MixerMaid was designed before the introduction of the 6qt mixer. It works perfectly on the 4.5qt, and 5qt Mixers. It will also work on the new 6qt model with the spiral dough hook. The 6qt models with the flat dough hook will fit, but due to the larger attachment size, the dough hook will touch the wire whip. In order to fit properly the dough hook must be stored in the middle position. The spacing makes these attachments a little bit more difficult to install than the smaller attachments. An alternative is to store the two least used attachments on the MixerMaid, and the other on the mixer itself. I have customers that use and love the MixerMaid with their 6qt mixer.

What is our return Policy?

All merchandise is guaranteed 100%. Should you be unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it in its original packaging for a complete refund, less a 20% restock charge. Please contact us, for complete return instructions

What happens if I receive damaged merchandise?

All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 25 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. Please contact us for complete instructions (see how to contact us).

What happens if I order an item and don't receive it?

It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, contact us for instructions (see how to contact us).
